DEFINITIONS
"Software" refers to "phpDesigner 7" and "phpDesigner 7,
portable edition" and accompanying materials provided to you by
MPSOFTWARE.
SCOPE OF LICENSE
By installing, copying or otherwise using the software, you
agree to be bound by the terms of this end-user license
agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this end-user
license agreement, do not install, copy or use the software.
Using any part of the software indicates that you accept these
terms.
The software is licensed, not sold. This end-user license
agreement only gives you rights to use the software. MPSOFTWARE
reserves all other rights including the ownership. You must
treat this software like any other copyrighted material. Unless
applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation,
you may use the software only as expressly permitted in this
end-user license agreement.
EVALUATION VERSION
This license gives you right to use this software for 21 days
evaluation purposes without paying. You are encouraged to use
this opportunity to make sure, that the software runs without
any problems and that it meets your expectations before ordering
a license for it.
You are required to order a license for the software if you wish
to continue using the software after the evaluation period has
ended. Otherwise, you must delete or uninstall the software from

REGISTERED VERSION
a. Commercial License
This software may be use for any commercial, business, personal,
educational, governmental or institutional work. You can install
this license at work, on your laptop and at home as long as you
are the only user of the license.
b. Personal License
This software can only be used by a private person and for
non-commercial work only. If you are a company or use it for
commercial work a commercial license is required. You can
install this license at on your private laptop and at home as
long as you are the only user of the license.
c. Academic License
This license is only available to students and teaching staff of
accredited educational institutions, including colleges,
universities and institutions. To qualify, you must have an
email address from an accredited educational institution or a
valid academic ID with a picture and visible enrolment date. You
cannot use the academic license for commercial work. You can
install this license at on your private laptop and at home as
long as you are the only user of the license.
d. Site License (x users)
Allows up to x different users to use the software within the
company or organization holding the license. You can install
this license at work, on your laptop and at home as long as you
are the only user of the license.
e. Portable (commercial)
This software may be use for any commercial, business, personal,
educational, governmental or institutional work. You can install
this license at work, on your laptop and at home as long as you
are the only user of the license.
f. Portable (personal)
This software can only be used by a private person and for
non-commercial work only. If you are a company or use it for
commercial work a commercial license is required. You can
install this license at on your private laptop and at home as
long as you are the only user of the license.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly understand and agree that:
a. Your use of this software is at your sole risk. This software
is provided on an "as is". MPSOFTWARE expressly disclaims all
warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including,
but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
b. MPSOFTWARE makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet
your requirements, (ii) this software will be uninterrupted,
timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be
obtained from the use of this software will be accurate or
reliable, (iv) the quality of this software will meet your
expectations, and (v) any errors in the software will be
corrected.
c. The use of the software is on you own risk and you will be
solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or
loss of data that results from the software.
d. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained
by you from MPSOFTWARE or through or from this software shall
create any warranty not expressly stated in the license
agreement.
e. You expressly understand and agree that MPSOFTWARE or the
author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not
limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or
other intangible losses (even if you has been advised of the
possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the
inability to use of this software; (ii) the cost of procurement
of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data,
information or services purchased or obtained or messages
received or transactions entered into through or from the
service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your
transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third
party on the service; or (v) any
other matter relating to the service.
f. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or
otherwise reduce this software to a human perceivable form.
g. Using warez version, crack, warez passwords, patches, serial
numbers, registration codes, key generator, pirate key, keymaker
or keygen for this software license key is illegal and prevent
future development of the software. Download links are directly
from our mirrors or publisher's website, software torrent or
shared files from free file sharing and free upload services,
including Rapidshare, MegaUpload, YouSendIt, SendSpace,
DepositFiles, DivShare or MediaFire, are not used.
DELIVERY
You will receive your registration details for the software by
e-mail within 24 hours or once your payment has been cleared.

discretion, provide updates and/or supplements of the software

updates shall also be deemed to be included in the software and
therefore governed by this license agreement. MPSOFTWARE may
contact you by email at any time with information and offers
regarding our products and services.
LEGAL EFFECT
This license agreement describes certain legal rights. You may
have other rights under the laws of your country. This agreement
does not change your rights under the laws of your country if
the laws of your country do not permit it to do so.
TERMINATION
This license agreement terminates if you fail to comply with its
terms and conditions. If your license terminates, you must
destroy all copies of the software you have.
